The house lights go down and a bright blue spotlight goes over the crowd and comes to a stop at the back of the stage, as "Like Comet" begins to play over the speakers. The tron lights up with pictures of different planets, and the universe as blue and purple spotlights go over the crowd. Up from the floor of the stage a light mist rolls over the stage, as a strange looking pod comes up from the floor. The door opens and out steps Venus Mercury. As she steps out of the pod the light disappears and she starts to make her way down the ramp toward the ring. As she makes her way down to the ring, she stops and poses for pictures with the fans, and starts making her way down once again. Once she reaches the ring, she climbs the stairs and gets into the ring, waiting on her opponent.

Biography
Venus Mercury aka Mary Beth Griswold, was raised on Cannon Air Force Base, had a normal life, well as normal as you could have as an army brat. Mary Beth was a bright child and loved to star gaze from the time she could walk. One night when she was about 10 she spotted something in the sky that she couldn't explain. The lights were bright, and it came close enough to the earth that she could see the lights clearly, and the round shape of it. She went to her grandfather who had worked at Roswell when he was a young man and told him. That is when she found out the truth. After she graduated high school, she went off to Santa Fe where she joined a cult that believed that higher beings would someday return and take them back to their planet. It ended in a mass suicide but she somehow survived the attempt. When she awoke in a hospital a couple days later, she thought she had transcended and became one with the "aliens" that were coming to get them. From then on she believes that she is a Star Child that has been left as an ambassador for her planet Theseus. Now she comes to the NCW in hopes of bringing back gold to her home planet.
