It is close to knight fall at the Amalie Arena, in Sunrise, Florida. home to the upcoming ncw monday night battery program. there we see ncw interviewer Maria Reyes standing next to an ncw van
Maria Reyes: What is taking him so long. this was his idea..
two minutes later we hear the loud sound that a motorcycles engine makes, the sound is getting closer and closer and there we see it, approaching maria is a man on a 2020 Gangster Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe motorcycle. He has on a half helmet. black pants. red shirt with the detroit red wings on it. though it's semi covered due to the man wearing a black sleevless leather jacket with the zipped down which is why we can see the shirt. black pants and motorcycle riding boots. He pulls up besides Maria and turns off his motorcycle and takes off his earbuds. Then our cameras see a patch with a name over his heart. it reads CREED.
NCW interviewer Maria Reyes: Well it's about time Mr. Creed.
Creed: My apologies Maria. hopefully you weren't waiting to long. i recently got here myself. traffic where ever it is, is always a pain. thankfully we have gps's on our phones now that can help us guide our way to our destination. and for yesterday as well. i thought that if i scheduled our interview early enough yesterday that i would still be able to be with my friends and family. but with yesterday being veterans day and all though it couldn't be helped.
Maria: Do you have a connection to the military Mr. Creed ?
Creed: Is our interview starting already?
Maria: Sure. no time like the present and it's close to getting dark here.
Creed: I suppose i will stay seated on my loner here. this motorcycle is actually my brothers. but hey, i'm just going for a ride. as to your question, i do have a connection to the military, i have family that are serving and those that have served, myself included.
Well thank you for your service. may i ask what branch ?
Thank you. though compared to others i know i don't think that i deserve it. but again thank you. in regards to your question. the air force. it was the only jrotc program that my high school offered.
what made you decide to go and join the military.
Creed sighs and he reflects in order to recall an answer to her question.
My father was a Drill Sargent in the army. It was semi expected. due to my height i had many offers to go to a university on an athletic scholarship early on. but i decided to join the military and do a 6 year stint and invest my money earned while i was there and put it in the Montgomery GI Bill. this way i would have a small nest egg upon my departure. My brother wanted to join the army and would try to see if he despite our jrotc being an air force one translation into the army.. however, due to a medical condition he was unable to. he had to..accept the fact that the jrotc program would be the closest thing that he would see. My heart ached for him.
I went into the air force as a Senior Airman or E-4. i did a Six year contract out of high school. i left the military as an E-5 or better known as a Staff Sargent. if you are wondering what got me to that status before graduating basic training, well My time in the jrotc program. which included letters written on my behalf of the two instructors that continue to teach at my high school and thanks to their ranks and despite them being retired themselves.. having enlisted instructors write good things about you still goes a long way. i made eagle scout the fastest in my scout troop, my father being a retired Army Drill Sargent, my brother being in the jrotc program as well.. my gpa. my ap classes that got me my 12 college credits that i would need to have in order to put my money away in the Montgomery GI Bill .with me being where i am from it looked even more impressive. It was HIGHLY suggested by my jrotc instructors that i go the officer route due to my height. i agreed. As they pointed out to me, i can't exactly hide on the battle field. however i have friends that have seen the battle field. i also graduated first in my basic training class.
Maria: what did you do as a Staff Sargent?
a staff sergeant is responsible for developing, maintaining and utilizing the full range of a soldiers' potential. despite it being a while since then.. as for any missions or any high class information that i may or may not have come across or know of firsthand would still be considered as classified.
when isn't it classified?
smirks
when the united states air force determines when it is no longer of value to keep secret. then it would be declassified.
that's kinda stating the obvious.
yet you asked the question. i responded.
uh, ok then. So why did you leave?
That's a personal reason that i do not feel like disclosing right now.
alright then..
So. now that our fans have gotten to know a little bit about me, which is why i scheduled and then ended up re-scheduling this interview. i know that interview's came come off as boring to our fans. so i will en devour to do my best in order to not make it so.
Maria: You speak so, eloquently..
for a guy my size? for a guy who is from where i am from, because of who i am with here in ncw, is that what you were going to say?
I didn't say that.
because i cut you off. you know, ..* he smirks* females most often do not like to be judged, yet they have no issues doing so to others, espically men.
you don't know if i would have said so or not. that's assuming. perhaps you should remain calm.
i am calm. this IS me calm. a raised voice should barely be a concern. a overtly loud voice and a yelling voice would and should be a natural assumption that someone is upset and may become aggressive. i however am not. i have no reason to be so. now let us continue.
maria sighs deeply trying to to take what Mr. Creed just said personally. trying to be professional.
So what do you have to say concerning your opponents for this monday's battery show?
You mean my victims don't you? Everyone saw what i did to wallace. and even though it was not an official ncw match when i faced executioner..well that was fun. and wallace was boring. let's be real here for a moment, possibly two..as of right now only executioner and stalker knight are in terms of height, weight and overall strength the closest to me. SO going into my handicap match against Road Dawg and Jake Ferrari..who both like to ride motorcycles to the ring by the way, i find this match to be..boring and not worthy of the battery name, and in fairness to my two competitors i would like to ask management , if anyone in management is watching right now..i would like to change my match from a handicap match to a 2 on 1 match.
really?
yes and i do know what it entails. now i would need management to agree or for both road dawg and jake to agree to it. BUT if they do, they should know that the rules that would protect them in a handicap match get tossed out. you see in my own way, i am actually..trying to be fair. as i said earlier,as of right now only executioner and stalker knight are in terms of height, weight and overall strength the closest to me. in my match against wallace i don't think the fans were pleased with it. perhaps this will. You see, you have to give the fans what they want. This match also allows me to do what i like. they can hit me with foreign objects and i can do the same. both of them can..ahem..attempt to pin me at the same time. but i will just kick out. i had their stats texted to me from someone in management. Jake's 222lbs. road dawg is 220. that totals to...
442 pounds. which is more than you weigh.
and yet i bench more than their combined weight as a warm up. both sides of my bars are my current weight.
wait..each side weighs 365 pounds so you bench press..over 700 pounds. how is that possible?
mind over matter. my height helps of course. as i said my father is a retired army drill sergeant.
maria's eye's widen.
I see
* creed looks directly at the camera. *
Jake, road dawg if you have the stones to accept my challenge in changing this match up from a handicap which let's face it, only handicaps you it doesn't handicap me in the slightest. i said before i am actually trying to be fair here and this kind of match is the kind of match that fans love to see. when i said to wallace that this david was not going to beat this giant, he didn't. know let's see if two david's can slay this giant. i know in me asking of this it may seem to others that it is I who is coming off a bit prideful. after all my finisher is called the pride killer. though the line is thin there is one between pride and what i have, that being confidence in myself to beat the piss out of the two of you at the same time. who knows maybe i will lay one of you on top of the other and pin you that way or maybe make you both tap. consider this and get back to management or tell me in your promo's. neither of you has yet to say anything. but it doesn't mean anything. If you do great. if you don't you don't. either way i will still be victorious.
* he looks at Maria *
that's all i have to say. like you said it is getting close to night time or could be because of daylight savings time or whatever. i will see you monday. you might want to stand back..
* creed them starts up his motorcycle and revs it up a little, grinning as he does so. he then takes off. seconds later our camera fades to black. *
