The scene opens on the beautiful Jersey Shore. The sun was starting to set for another night, and the last few rays of the sun go over the horizon casting deep reds, and oranges over the city. The camera goes over the city, and comes to a stop on an all to familiar home behind a high deep colored brick wall. The large "C" in the middle of the gate was separated and a handful of guards moved about protecting those that lived behind the walls. The camera moves to the interior of the massive manor on the upper level of the home. The master bedroom was darkened and only a soft light fills most of the room and falls onto the bed where we see Joanne lying under a thin deep red quilt with her long hair fanned out behind her on match pillows. She doesn't seem to breathe as she laid there and seemed almost out of place in the world of the living. The bedroom door slowly opens and all that is seen is a white fluffy tail from a Persian cat that leaps up onto the bed and purrs loudly as it walks along Joanne's chest before lying down on her chest purring loudly with its pure blue eyes starting down at Joanne. She slowly opens her eyes and smiles seeing the white cat laying on her chest. Joanne slowly sits up, with the cat in her arms. She sets the white beauty to the side and stretches as we see Uh Oh standing in the doorway. Joanne smiles softly as he walks across the room to her.
Uh Oh: Did you sleep well?
Joanne: I did. What time is it?
Uh Oh: About nineish.
Joanne: You let me sleep later than usual.
Uh Oh: I figured after this afternoon you needed it.
Joanne gets out of the bed and we see that she is dressed in a pair of black yoga pants, and a shirt that read "The Mafioso" on the front and a shadow of two hand guns crossing on the back. Her long hair drapes down her back as she gets to her feet, and moves to the door with the cat following behind.
Joanne: Thank you. Any calls?
Uh Oh: Yes, someone is coming to interview you for your match coming up in the Champions Run.
Joanne: Really? When are they gettin' here?
The doorbell sounds, as Joanne sighs.
Uh Oh: I'm sorry I didn't get you up sooner.
Joanne: It's alright. Could you get me a drink please?
Uh Oh: Of course.
Joanne walks down the long hallway and heads down the stairs with the cat following behind. She reaches the door and there stood Chris Clinton. He smiles softly as he sees Joanne standing in front of him.
Joanne: Well, its good to see you Chris. Come in.
Chris Clinton: Thank you Miss Canelli.
Chris Clinton steps inside and Joanne leads him to the living room and the two of them sit across from each other.
Chris Clinton: Thank you for having me come in so late Miss Canelli. I imagine a lot has changed since you became...
Joanne: What? A vampire? Not really. I know my limits, but I don't really have as many as I use to. So what do you want to know about my match? I don't even know who I'm facin'...
Chris Clinton: You're facing off against Leon Dread...
Joanne: Really? Huh...
Chris Clinton: You don't really seem concerned.
Joanne: I'm not... I mean I think I've faced him once before and I think I beat him... I can't remember.
Chris Clinton: Even if you haven't you get a chance now, and what a match its going to be.
Joanne: I guess I have as much chance as anyone else right? I mean I've made it this far and I plan on goin' all the way and if that means I have to take out someone like Dread then so be it.
Chris Clinton: Well he has been busy with his new family.
Joanne: So he hasn't said anythin'? Why am I even doin' this then? I mean does he even know that he's booked?
Chris Clinton: I imagine he does.
Joanne: Well if not I really don't care. I guess I should say somethin' at least right? Fine... First off congrats on your little girl. I know you and Katsa are very happy with your little one. Now as for our match... I'm not even sure you know about this match, but I will tell you that I will do whatever it takes to win and make it to the very end. So far you have kept up just a like a few others that are lookin' to get all the way to the end. But only one of us can get to the end, and I plan on gettin' there no matter what I have to do to do it.
Uh Oh walks into the room, with a glass of dark liquid. Joanne gets to her feet and smiles softly.
Chris Clinton: Is there anything else that you want to say to your opponent?
Joanne: Not really. I've said my piece and when the two of us stand in the middle of the ring he'll know that I mean business. It's my time to shine and I plan on makin' it to the last round of this tournament no matter who stands in my way. Now if you excuse me I have thin's that I have to do this evenin'. I'm sure you can see yourself out.
Chris Clinton: Of course. Thank you for your time Miss Canelli.
He gets to his feet and heads for the front door as Joanne takes a sip from the glass in her hand.
Uh Oh: Are you dinning in tonight?
Joanne: Nah... I'm goin' to head out... I'll be back soon. Love you.
She finishes the glass and hands it back to Uh Oh. She kisses him on the cheek, as she seems to disappear into a mist as the scene fades to black.
