Act 1: Spring Time of the Year
"May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light. May good luck pursue you each morning and night."
Irish Blessing
The scene opens on the beautiful Irish countryside. The sun was high in the sky and casts its rays over the rolling green hills that seemed to go on as far as the eye could see. The sound of birds on wing could be heard over head as the smell of fresh flowers and thistle drifted on the air, mixing with the fresh water that could be found in the long stream that seemed to wind its way through the countryside. Soon the vast fields turned into a forest with tall trees and long roads that wound itself through it. Soon the sound of running water is heard and we see a deep stream running over dead leaves large logs and a few rocks that sat on the bottom. Soon a familiar sight is seen of the McCullen compound. The grounds seemed to be busy with movement with boxes and other crates sitting in front of a massive plane that seemed to be almost like a cargo plane. We soon see Avery, driving out of the plane in a black Porsche and soon heads to one of the large garages. She soon steps out and pushes back a piece of hair, and sighs feeling the warmth of the day.
Voice 1: How does it feel to be back?
Avery turns around seeing her cousins Shaun an Marty standing in the doorway of the garage.
Avery: I've missed it. Miami is nice, but it's always good to come home. It's a shame that Mike and I will have to leave again in the next few days.
Marty: Damn... So you're not going to be here for St. Paddy's Day?
Avery: I'll try to be back. I mean I can always fly us out in my helicopter and fly back before then.
Shaun: Good, I mean it wouldn't be the same without you.
Avery: Don't worry I'll be here and we'll celebrate everything. Grace's birthday is coming up and I want everyone here for that.
Marty: It's hard to believe that she'll be three this year.
Avery smiles as she leans against the car and sighs.
Avery: I know. But when I come back we'll have something else to celebrate!
Shaun: Who are you facing?
Avery: Would you believe one of those ones from Apocalypse? I think her name is Calypso...
Marty: Wait you mean the ones that everyone has been after?
Avery: Yeah... I don't know where to even start. I mean she hasn't done anything to make me remember her...
Shaun: She's another one of those wannabes.
Avery: She's less than that... She's nothing. I mean they already have a match before this against three from the Fallen... God, I'm just going to take what's left and finish her off.
Marty: Damn right you will. Hell we'll have another victory to celebrate then!
Avery: You better believe it! I'm not going to stop until she is nothing more than a blood splatter on the mat. Come on, we need to finish getting the stuff off the plane.
Shaun: Why does it always seem that we come back with more each time we leave?
Marty: No clue...
Avery walks out the door with Shaun and Marty following behind as the scene fades to black.
