[Dario Arturo Cortez]

Scene opens as a limo with the glass that goes between the driver and the person in the back is gone. their are two people one of which is an ncw camera man as is the other riding with ncw newcomer Dario Arturo Cortez. his outfit is fine as he looks like he is going to a fashion awards show.the other camera man is wearing a black ac/dc shirt and a pair of blue denim jeans and black vans shoes with the white v on them.we can't tell what the other is wearing right now,they make their way to the Richmond International Airport. Dario looks at the camera man*

Very good. as soon as we got here you started recording. i like people who listen when given instructions.

uh Mr.Cortez i kinda feel like i am outta my element. here. you look like, wow. and neither of us are close to what you got going on. were not going to a wedding or funeral or something like that are we?

" This took longer than expected.perhaps we should have taken a car."

* a "told you" is heard from the driver, but dismissed by dario with a wave of his hands.*

" you know how the crew hate to wait,sir."

CM1: The crew.?

CM2: you mean a private plane, don't you?

* Dario sighs and nods his head. and after the moment has passed.*

you cannot keep your mouth shut could you? and with as much as they get paid,it would be wise of them to keep their mouths shut. not every airline pilot gets to fly a private plane. the same with the airplane stewardesses these days.

*he looks at both camera men and with some bravado he says *

Ask yourselves would someone who dresses like this be on a commercial plane? sure there is first class.but..why? and it's not mine,it belongs to where we are going.

CM2:well, i don't think that Scotland lends anyone private airplanes.

I am not going to spend almost 13 straight hours on a plane to get somewhere.Do you know how stiff my joints would be? I know that you two are not wrestlers but stiff equals bad. so you should thank the v.p. of ncw that you were going to be my camera men.

CM1: if i may ask, why did you request two of us.

That is simple,that's just in case one gets tired.so the other gets to, as you say, pick up the slack. Once we are in the air and you two get to sit down and lay back on the chairs your both going to fall asleep.i know i do. every time.ha ha.

* they pull up to the private plane runway. as they exit the limo we see how very nice the plane is.*

CM2: This must have cost a lot of money.

You should know that everything that has happened to me was by hard work and your stock market.i invested very well and not just in that market but in companies like Arami. What i am wearing right now is all armani. i went to them and they made me this suit.this would cost a very large sum of money for most.however for myself, it cost nothing as i am invested in his company. which still allowed me to still keep in wrestling shape.

* they start walking up the stairs and once again as the engine starts to warm up he continues*

As a wrestler i do not forget where i come from.of course this also helped me practice my submission moves on. I even wrestled in a boxing ring.one would think that they are the same.however they are different. as i have last time, i have battled many different wrestlers. the over than 7 foot man was 7ft 2in and was 365lbs..

* the 2nd camera man shows the other the flyer that he grabbed from ncw headquarters in Richmond,Virginia, when he was summoned he put it in his front pocket for the matches.he gives the hush gesture.he points to DAC vs Spike and leaves out what's said underneath. he then says under his breath and dario cannot hear him

CM2 " it doesn't even say his first name.just his initials.he's gonna be pissed. and yeah we don't know him that well, but i saw the last promo he did. this dude's a proud man like him, no way he put anything on his nicknames his application. so shush*

..but he was not the biggest, he actually worked out his abs. muscle weights more than fat. but the "biggest" in fat that i would face. thankfully i was never in a one on one match with this even larger man' name was sal..uhh he has an Italian last name and i cannot pronounce Italian names all that well i.it is getting time to take off.you might want to stop recording.

part 2

The camera comes back on as we see a new camera man stretching?

* he looks at the camera.* Tag your it. * he then pats the other person, the one we have seen before on what would be expected to be one of his shoulders.*

CM1: Man, i enjoyed that down time, what about you?

* the camera goes up and down*

CM1: what did you do that for? no one wants to see a camera go up and down. this is why your the new guy, genius. does anyone know how long we were out.?

* we heara voice from the back* 10 hours & 31 minutes

* the camera turns as we see Dario finishing buttoning his shirt.* one of the stewardess hands his a tie. he flips up his collar and starts putting the tie on. as soon as he is done he turns around and grabs a very fashionable coat.an Arami *

CM1: uh, so mister cortez where are we. where are we that would take 10 hours to get.?

" Ahh you have manners. that seems to be a rarity these days. your parents raised you right..i apologia for not asking for either of your names. * he sighs* it's better that we keep it professional. i feel if i were to learn your names, the others might believe that we are friends. and, well.if i do anything that would be considered out of line. you two might be caught in the cross hairs. so i am keeping everyone's best interests at heart here. SO i will call you camera man 1 and the other camera man 2. but i think i might go with 1 if i point to you and 2 if i point to him. again i say this, i do not wish to come off as, how do you say it.. a..uh, prick.or jerk. so with that in mind. We are in Spain. it's capital and birthplace,Madrid. my family has been wanting a visit out of me for some time.i have asked them to speak as much english as possible while we are there and they know that two camera men are with me and have agreed to your presence along with allowing their images or whatever it's called to be recorded..

However my family has requested that you MIGHT have to edit some things as we do not want this promo to be long and boring.one of my men will watch what you have recorded up to the point before you deliver this promo to all of ncw's fans.the owners should understand this is in the best interests of my family. no one wants to hear say..my grandmother telling the family how she made something or my grandfather saying this that are just "to our there" to be believed. or any embarrassing stories of each other as we do not hold back when it comes to name calling or playing the domino game mexican train. if we do that..in that game we are all VERY competitive. it's every person for themselves. * he chuckles* and no one wants to watch as all twelve rounds are played and we all know what happens when people get very competitive, no matter what the game is. besides we have what nine days. our fans might find that very boring and turn away from watching our show. i will do my best to make ncw more money and more exposure. Besides we are not going to be here THAT long.

* both of them must be stunned as neither one of them says anything so dario continues..*

" From here to Scotland is 4 hours and some minutes. do not worry we will not be here for that long. if i were to though, we would not be late. i have our times down. i will already be dressed and ready to go as i face my first opponent who last lost a triple threat match, in one, Spike. i hope that is his nickname or his wrestling name, but who am i to judge.

* he shrugs and walks past camera man 1 and heads to the exit. the doors and pulled down and he steps down followed by them. they are meet with a Cadillac suv.. Dario sighs and walks to the suv anyway. the suv is then started as he takes his place in the passenger side. the camera men hustle to get inside the suv. they then both clothes. the driver then turns his neck to them and looks them up and down and speaks to them*

Driver: Do not worry about your clothes, if you are here for an..extended period of time, we have clothes that will fit you. as per Dario's request to his family was granted by his father, i suggest you refer to Dario's father as Mr..Cortez. and dario as well, dario. however his family has requested that you do not broadcast or record anything as soon as we leave the airport. if you do not comply you will be left here for who knows how long.

CM1: Alright. uh i believe that i can speak for my collage as i say thank you for telling us and being so friendly. we will cut off as soon as we leave the airport as per your family's request.

* the driver nods and then puts the vehicle into drive and we drive away..

Part 3

* The camera then turns back on as we arrive at the cortez's beautiful home. as they pull up a person 5 foot something is waiting for us. as the driver puts the vehicle into park the man opens dario's side of the door. the camera men get out of there's. as they do we see dario embracing this man.they hug for a minute and break off.the man begins speaking in spanish. dario nods as the man continues speaking, he then crosses his arms, and then nodding at particular spanish words. the man then walks away. dario gives the camera men they "come along sign* They make their way to him.*

" we made it just in time for dinner."

* they make their way to the door as dario opens it..it's like a bull rush from all the people that run up to him with hugs and shaking of his hand along with a slap or two on the back. after a good 5 minutes. dario makes his way thru them and starts walking to the kitchen.leaving the camera men behind them. a woman who must be dario's sister, as they do look alike, she tells the camera men that they are welcomed to sit and eat with them. as the camera men make their way camera man 2 stops 1 and asks him in a low voice."should we both taping a dinner in the promo.i know i am new, but i don't think it's a good idea. it'll come off as boring."camera man 1 agrees. camera man 2 sits the camera on the end of long couch before yet again fading to black.

* the camera is then turned on after the dinner is over.dario's nephew, Pedro, sees a piece of paper and picks it up.he unravels it. the camera man wonders what's going on as the camera catches pedro pick up the paper.. "uh oh" * the camera man says to himself. Pedro then speaks up*

Pedro: uh, uncle dario. what's ncw

" that pedro is the company that i now work for."

Pedro.: who's DAC ?

* everyone stops what they were doing, you could hear a pin drop via the silence. dario tries to compose himself. as he does his best to keep his temper down.

" that..pedro, is my initials. you know what initials are, correct.

Pedro: yeah..but why would this paper say that. do they not know your name ?

* dario gets to pedro. he grabs the paper from him. he looks it over as he says what it says. with an irritated voice his says..*

"Opening Match...

ok that is..expected, i am new there after all. no problem.i said i would climb the ladder and i will,,but..* he continues to look at it and in an upset mode *

* Dario's sister then almost runs and grabs pedro as he asks if he did something wrong, to which she answers no. before dario opens his mouth again she asks the all important question..*

Pedro, where did you find this?

Pedro: On the floor it was all folded and crinkled up.

* Dario then looks at both camera man*

" which one of you two brought this with you, speak up, now*

CM2: uh,i did. When we were leaving i saw this on the thing that holds the papers, so it's a copy. i folded it and put it in my pocket. when we learned we were your camera men, i did pull it out later to show my camera boss here here and even though we both knew you were gonna be pissed. we didn't say anything, we didn't want to upset like you are now. like you said, not everyone gets to ride in a private jet..or something like that.it must have fallen out of my pocket after i made my way back here from going to the bathroom.

* Dario continues to read it. *

DAC vs Spike..

Spike will take on the new comer DAC. Can Spike pick up the win or will DAC start off his career right with the big win?

* dario's butler and two security guards get between dario and the second camera man as he is the one who is recording.*

HOW..DARE..THEY. i put no nick name or anything else to call me on my application.. And they do not even have the dignity of at least using my first name in this banner.as i told the interviewer, when she said that i didn't expect everyone to call me by my full name. i countered with a i do not expect anyone in the locker room to call me by my full name, expect the woman that introduces others will..it's her job. but with this. * he violently shakes the paper*.do i have to spell it out for everyone in this company.?.

* he takes a breath*

who is in charge of making these?

* camera man 1 then speaks up* We don't know. were just camera men.

* Dario's father approaches him and puts his hands on his shoulders to try and let his anger go.*

Mr. Cortez: hey're intentions were pure, dario. as the man said he put it in his pocket AFTER they found out that you were the one's that they were assigned to. do not take it out on them.*

" of course i will not. management will hear of this, as for my anger..i will reserve it for my opponent, spike.

Mr. Cortez: Why, my son ? he does not deserve it.

" Yet he will. i will focus it on him. the way i feel right now must be let out. and it might as well be on him. to the camera men. you will not edit out anything you have recorded. except for our dinner. that would come across as boring.". * he then turns to his father * " it looks like our visit may not be as long as i would have liked it to be"

Mr. Cortez: Sleep it off. this is going to be your first match. do not get disqualified and lose your match because of your temper. do not let it use you my son. you are smarter..you are better than this. instead use it to focus on this, spike person. show the ncw people what happens when they don't even have the dignity to use your first name. as you said, as you already know you do not expect this or any other dignity defying thing. but this, yes this is unacceptable. and when you match starts you will show them what happens when something like this happens. do not lose focus. instead show them what happens when they do this to the fighter that you are, after who are you..

" I will take the fight to them for i am Dario Arturo Cortez..and i am a fighter. "

* camera man 2 fades the camera to black as he knows that it's best to cut it here.*


( OOC : Sorry if this seemed a little long as i have been known to be a we texans sometimes say, a little " long winded" lol. plus it's my first match rp.)
