*It is 11:42 P.M. and we are in the wrestlers' parking lot at the Amway Center located at 400 W Church St #200 in Orlando, Florida. The superstars of Neo Championship Wrestling have just put on a hell of a show and now it's time to head out on the road once more. Several black vehicles of all shapes and sizes are being loaded; including those of the superstars themselves. Being inside the garage, you can smell the stale exhaust fumes, spent gasoline and oil odors that permeate such an environment. Coming out the rear exit doors are Primus and Pax Halliwell; laughing and joking amongst themselves. They casually wave to other superstars as they load their rolling suitcases into a rented, 2018 black Hyundai Santa Fe.*
Pax: Well, that's done. You wanna drive?
Primus: I think you should drive.
Pax: I'll flip you for it.
*Primus pulls out a quarter and flips it in the air.*
Primus: Call it.
Pax: Tails.
*Primus catches the coin in his left hand and flips it over onto his right arm. As he lifts his left hand up, Pax comes over to check it out.*
Primus: Tails it is. Guess I'm driving.
Pax: Guess you are.
*The two share another laugh before entering the vehicle. They set the GPS to their destination address and turn the ignition. Putting the vehicle in gear, Primus pilots the SUV towards the exit of the parking garage. After waving to some fans, they pull out of the entertainment complex and head east on W Church St. towards S. Hughey Ave. Once they've turned right onto S. Hughey Ave., they use the right 2 lanes to take the ramp onto I-4 W in the direction of Tampa, Florida. It is 85.2 miles (or 137.1 kilometers) to their destination of the Tampa Marriott located at 700 S Florida Ave in Tampa. The trip will take approximately 1 hour and 21 minutes. There are cameras mounted on all sides of the front interior in order to watch what they do and hear what they say on their journey.*
Pax: I hope there's somewhere we can eat, man... I'm starving.
Primus: Didn't you eat at the commissary they laid out for us?
Pax: Yeah, but that was like 6 hours ago.
Primus: Time flies when you're having fun.
Pax: This IS still fun for you, right bro?
Primus: Of course. You know that I would've left the business a long time ago if I didn't think it was fun.
Pax: I know... I just wanted to hear you say it again.
*They pull off the I-4 at the first possible rest area which houses an Exxon fuel station, a Dunkin Donuts franchise, a fresh fruit stand and a McDonald's. They go around to the drive-thru side of the building and each get a double quarter pounder with cheese, a large fries and a medium Coke. After paying for their food and thanking the employee, they start back out onto the highway once again. After eating their food and listening to tunes, the boys turn off the radio and start to focus.*
Primus: So... we've got a match at Asylum; us against Avery McCullen and Jennifer Enigma. From what I understand of their promo materials, they seem to be a mishmash of a team; one that doesn't have regular tag team matches. Their cohesion is, to say the least, questionable.
Pax: It's not really of any concern. They are a puzzle-piece team... as in, they're put together but not all the pieces fit. Avery McCullen used to be part of a great tag team called the Cult Of Daredevilz... in fact, she may very well still be... but it seems that her regular partner, Mike Maddox, seems to have his mind on other things.
Primus: Whatever. It's an advantage for us. We've been together all our lives. Even during the bad times when we were without our brother. The two of us forged a bond that can't be broken. In time, we will form a new link in the chain when we know and can trust our brother.
Pax: Too true. It's funny that in doing research for finding our brother, I came across a tag match he had with Jennifer Enigma from a now dead promotion called ASW. Apparently it was his first match in the company and they booked him with her. Long story short, they lost and, I might add, Phoenix wasn't pinned. Enigma handed him his first loss in a company that was pretty major at the time.
Primus: You think she'll be a problem, because of what Phoenix did to her?
Pax: I wouldn't rule it out. We've always been good problem solvers though... hey WATCH IT!
*Primus is forced to do an emergency lane change as some drunk at the wheel manages to cut across two lanes of traffic and nearly sideswipes the Santa Fe. Primus ends up on the shoulder of the highway, stopped, as the drunk goes flying by. Both Halliwells stop to catch their breaths.*
Primus: That.... was too close.
Pax: I thought for sure we were dead. Good job saving us, bro.
Primus: Don't mention it...
*After a few more minutes of heavy gasping and a minor interaction with the police wondering why they were on the side of the road, the two brothers get back out onto the road and continue their journey.*
Primus: Avery MacCullen is the real wildcard of this match. On the one hand, we know she has, well, we'll just say a working relationship with Phoenix yet she has no such compunctions with us. She doesn't know us and she doesn't trust us.
Pax: I think that puts us in the driver's seat, so to speak. She doesn't have to know us or even trust us. We'll prove ourselves in due time; but we know where she and Enigma are coming from.
Primus: What it all comes down to is, this. It's been said that McCullen and Enigma have a friendship. Even a bond as strong as that can't possibly measure up to the bond of blood. Not only that, but our connection is stronger. We have walked the same roads together. Can Avery and Jennifer say that? When it's all said and done, we will be the ones who stand in the spotlight while they cower in the shadows of their own blind ambition.
GPS: Now arriving at Tampa Marriott located at 700 S Florida Avenue on right.
Pax: Well, it looks like we're here.
Primus: At last. I could really use some Zs.
Pax: *chuckling* Yeah, just like Macullen and Enigma once we're finished with them. They certainly won't know what hit them... because, as they say, the Power of Two...
Primus: ... is gonna vanquish the hell outta you.
Both: So mote it be!
*They break into laughter once again as they get their gear out of the trunk. As they roll their suitcases towards the front door of the hotel they are met by other NCW competitors and even some fans who have made the trip across the state. They go inside and the screen fades to black.*

Act 1: A Strange Team Up
"I've been able to make friends really easy and I've always been able to work with just about anyone."
The scene opens on the beautiful city of Miami Florida. The sun was bright in the sky, and the crystal clear water was now calm and once again still with the occasional wave that gently touched the edge of the white sand. The sound of seagulls drifted from over head, only to mix with the sound of traffic that passed by near the boardwalk that had people walking along the enjoying the day before the next hurricane would start to move up the coast. A few people were still cleaning up from Dorian, including two familiar faces. We move along the long stretch of beach where we see the summer home that Avery and Mike shared. The house had a few spots along the deck that sat above the beach that needed to be fixed and the boards that were once across the window had been removed once again revealing the big bay window that looked out over the water. We see Avery standing by the window with her back turned toward a desk. On the big oak desk was a lap top that had already been opened, and on the screen we see Mike.
Mike: How is everything there?
Avery: I made a call and the family came in this morning. Everything will be fixed by the time you get home.
She turns around and smiles softly.
Mike: Remember I'm not coming home until after Asylum.
Avery: That's right...I can't wait. Listen Allura called the other day, and said that she wanted to have us in a tag match against the Power of Two...
Mike: I can't, I'm in the main event. I need to be able to focus on the match.
Avery: That's what I told her. So she told me to find someone else.
Mike: Who did you ask?
Avery: The only person I could ask...
Mike closes his eyes and lowers his head, but nods.
Mike: She'll be of help. After the attacks from Fathi and Brian I'm sure she would be willing to get into the ring... Just in case they try something.
Avery: They do and I'll beat them myself. I'll watch Jen's back and I'll know she'll watch mine.
Mike: Just be careful.
Avery smiles, and folds her arms across her chest.
Avery: I'll be fine. You have the crazy one to worry about this time around.
Mike: How's our little one?
Avery: She's with my dad on the beach.
Mike: Tell Lizzy I love her and I'll see her soon.
Avery: I will. I love you too.
Mike: Dito. I'll see you soon.
Avery waves, and closes the lap top. She opens the balcony doors and steps out onto the deck and looks down at the beach seeing Lizzy and her grandfather walking along the beach. She runs from the waves as they come near them, and he laughs as Avery shakes her head as she watches them.
Avery: I've heard what you and your brother had to say Pax. I have to admit that I can't really find a reason to be offended at anything that you said. You showed respect if nothing else, and yes I have to agree this is a strange pairing. The only reason I asked Jennifer is because Mike is busy with the main event which is a little more important than this match. I don't hold any grudges or hate against either one of you. This will more than likely be a sparing match just to give the fans a show, which I don't mind. I've watched your matches and you're good. I'll give you that. And even in the tag match we just came out of was one hell of a match, and I know all of us came up short. And now you are looking for the in but so are we. Jennifer is not someone that is willing to give up that easy, and I will fight to the bitter end no matter what I have to do to win.
She leans against the railing, and smiles as she sees her father and Lizzy heading back up the stairs that lead to the main house.
Avery: I know you and Primus will do everything that you can to stop us, but I'm afraid that Jennifer and I will have to stop you in your tracks and take this win. I'm not going to let you walk away with it that easy. But then I don't expect an easy fight. Bring everything that you have into the middle of the ring, and show us what you're made of. We'll see you soon... And good luck... You're going to need it.
She walks down the wooden steps and toward the beach as the scene fades to black.
