Oh My God by HELLYEAH plays over the PA system as you see the words 'WELCOME TO THE CHAOS ZONE' scroll onto the tron. As fog begins to form you see a figure stand up at the top of the ramp then you see it's none other than Chad Chaos as he walks down the ramp he's holding his kendo stick over his shoulder and he gets to the end he snaps his fingers as he does fire shoots out of the pillars to the left and right of him. He tosses his Kendo Stick into the ring and he then rolls into the ring picks up his kendo stick and than squats in the nearest corner where he waits for his opponent.

He is Lexi Havoc's older brother. Along with being an extreme wrestler he is a heavy metal artist in a band with his sister named Adrenaline Junkies. With his and Lexi's band they have been all over the world including Japan where he wrestled for NJPW and ROH. But he is ready to come back to the States and make his name big here.

*Chad Chaos is sitting in his and Lexi's recording studio as they are recording a new album with his and Lexi's heavy metal band Adrenaline Junkies. You see Lexi is in the booth with the band recording while Chad is manning the sound table. He then sees there is a camera behind him and pushes a button and says*
Chad: Cut!
*To stop recording Lexi and the band. Chad then swirls around his chair to face the camera and says*
Chad: What the fuck is goin on here? Can't you guys see I'm fuckin busy recording. Oh that's right I got a match against Dan Anderson this week. All I can say to you Dan is you better be fuckin ready to enter the Chaos Zone cause if you ain't you won't be leaving in one fuckin piece. As you see I'm with the stable Cult Of The Villains which whose leader is my little sister Lexi Havoc. I'm sure you've heard that name before and if you haven't you're fuckin lucky cause she's a ruthless bitch. You know where she learned to be ruthless from? That's right me. Now get that fuckin camera out of my fuckin face before I smash it into tiny fuckin pieces.
