Act 1: On the Hunt
The scene opens on the darkened street in front of a tall building. There was no sound, except for the occasional car driving by. The camera moves up the side of the tall building and soon comes to a stop on the roof. A pair of figures are standing at the roof line both tall and lean. Both feminine figures hugged in long coats they are almost yin and yang in appearance. One dark and the other light. The one dressed in the long black coat wore a wide brimmed hat, that covered their face. A slender hand comes out from under the long sleeve of the coat they wore. The bright blue eyes stare down through the skylight that sat in front of them. The one in the white coat had her long hair pulled back in a braid her back turned to the camera she stared down into the skylight along with her companion. As the figure in black look down we see that it is Denise De'vil. Below sat Evan Storm.
Denise: Do you think he knows we're here?
Ice Queen shakes her head slowly.
Ice Queen: I don't think he does. His posture is too relaxed.
Denise: True. He hasn't left all night. No phone calls, nothing.
Ice Queen: I don't like this. It's almost like he's making himself a decoy.
Denise folds her arms across her chest and sighs.
Denise: I hate to say it but you maybe right... I've had a few friends of mine searching and they've come up with nothing. And they're were wolves... They would have found something.
Ice Queen: Should we give him what he wants? In other would should we drop in for a rather violent visit. I would be lying if I didn't admit beating him soundly with no referee would be exponentially satisfying.
Denise: It would give him reason to go after Darkson and us for trespassing... And assault.
Evan gets up from where he sits, as Denise watches him move to the front door.
Denise: He's on the move! Tell Hex to follow him, but keep her distance... We'll drop in and see what we can find.
Ice Queen retrieves her phone from her pocket and messages Hex Girl. Who quickly responds with an acknowledgement of her orders.
Ice Queen: She's got him in her sights
Denise: Good. Come on.
Denise opens one of the windows in the skylight and lands on the floor underneath them.
Denise: Clear.
Ice Queen drops in behind Denise.
Ice Queen: We looked this place over pretty well earlier I don't think he has Katsa here. I guess we're looking for breadcrumbs to follow.
Denise: There might be clues. Or at least something he forgot to put away.
Ice Queen moves around the lackluster apartment looking for anything that might provide them with a clue as to Katsa's whereabouts. Denise moves towards a large desk running her hand along the edges. No switches could be found, and Denise sighs.
Denise: Damn it.. Nothing...
Ice Queen picks up a napkin up out of the trash half soaked in day old coffee but something is scribbled on the dry half.
Ice Queen: I think I might have found something.
Denise looks over at her, as she sets down a picture of Evan and the Graces.
Denise: What is it?
Ice Queen: Looks like Evan was making notes about a meeting or something.
She shows Denise the horrible handwriting on the napkin.
Denise: It looks like an address or something... It might be something to check out.
Ice Queen takes a picture of the napkin with her phone then tosses it back in the trash.
Ice Queen: Did you find anything?
Denise: No, just a picture of Evan and The Graces...
Ice Queen: Want to leave a calling card or just a discrete exit?
Denise smiles, and tosses her a can of spray paint.
Denise: Lets have some fun.
Ice Queen got a bit of a wicked smile on her face.
Ice Queen: Yes let's improve his interior decorations.
Denise smiles as they start to use the spray paint on the walls. Denise soon finishes and she smiles looking at the giant raven that she had done. Ice Queen smiles appraising the artwork. Her own resembling a rather impressive snowflake made out of nordic runes.
Denise: Very nice. Lets get going... We can check out this address.
She tosses a rope out the window and catches a steel pipe. She climbs out, and waits for Ice Queen. Ice Queen follows Denise out of the window in quick succession. She then pulls her phone out of her pocket and shows Denise the picture of the napkin.
Denise If we don't find Katsa then we do everything that we can in the middle of that ring in a few days time.
Ice Queen: Agreed.
Denise: Hell Evan thinks he already has the match won. AJ has his nose so far up Evan's ass he won't know what hit him in this one.
Ice Queen: Well to quote our pixie friend. Those boy are in for a wake up call.
Denise: That they are. Angellus, and Robert Saints are not anything to really worry about. They have yet to really in anything major in NCW.
Ice Queen: Just because they have yet to win anything major in NCW I wouldn't be fast to discount them. The longer men go without victory the more desperate and hungry they can get.
Denise: Good point. I'm not going to underestimate them. It would be stupid of me to do so. We'll watch them if nothing else. Angel can be a tough fight if nothing else.
Ice Queen: Why does it feel like these matches are intentionally stacked against us resolving this matter?
Denise: It seems like it doesn't it?
She leaps into one of the trees and swings around the branch before touching down to the ground. Ice Queen moved across the branched before dropping out of the tree as well.
Ice Queen: Onto our next query.
Denise: Right.
She pulls back the bushes revealing her black and red Harley and tosses Ice Queen a helmet.
Denise: Come on. The night is getting away from us, and we still have to see where this leads.
Ice Queen puts on a helmet and climbs on the back of the Harley behind Denise. The Harley soon roars to life and soon they are heading down the road as the scene fades to black.
