The arena lights dim as a text box appears on the titiantron reading "The evils of the world must be wiped clean to preserve the state of life for the future, the darkness will be obliterated in my pursuit of justice!" all of the sudden the text box begins to shake and crack before exploding. Then Kraid by Metroid Metal blasts over the PA as Nathaniel slowly makes his way to ringside followed closely by General Umbra downright ignoring the fans at ringside as if he was in a trance of his own creation, he scales the apron and turnbuckle throwing back his Deathstroke styled hood and "shooting" his opponent with two fingers. He then hops down from the turnbuckle, removing his leather jacket and face mask before sitting down in the corner waiting for the match to begin.

Backstory: General Annabelle Umbra comes from the same desolate future that Nathaniel comes from, originally a member of the same resistance faction as Nathaniel alongside Cortez, Vega, and Zer0 (nicknamed Vyolet by Nathaniel due to her purple eyes). She showed her true colors during a job where she revealed herself to be the leader of the corporations forces resulting in a bloody battle that claimed the lives of Cortez, Vega and Zer0, as acting warden of Obsborne City's infamous maximum security prison Sunshine City she oversaw the incarceration of Nathaniel rather than executing him where she cut him a deal: If he would travel back in time with her to take out high value targets he would earn his freedom. Now accompanying him to ringside Umbra has no problems interfering on the behalf of her "Precious little hound"
