"Bad to the Bone" plays, the arena darkens. Strobe lights flash the crowd begins to buzz in anticipation. The curtain parts, a sole spot light shines on "Mister Impressive" Josh Woodrum. He stands at the top of the ramp, raises both arms in the "rock on" hand signal, and pyros explode behind him.
He walks down the ramp, stopping in the middle to strike a pose, flexing both arms. He smiles, and slides under the bottom rope, as he stands he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and spreads both arms. He steps down and await his opponent.

Biography
Born in 1973, Josh Woodrum was a life long wrestling fan. He saw his first card at age 7 and became an instant Hulk-A-Maniac. Woodrum himself began wrestling at age 16. At age 18 he joined the WWC. Woodrum adopted the gimmick of, “The Machine”. A soulless killer. He joined with his trainer, Dave “No Pain” Wilson and his popular “Team Pain”. The year 1993 was Woodrum’s breakout year. In December of 1992, Woodrum had won a 10 man gauntlet match to become the number one contender to No Pain’s world title. Woodrum though showed no signs of wanting to cash the shot in. In stead he won both the Television and Las Vegas titles.
Than came June 23rd 1993. Woodrum was defending both titles against rival Joe Disco when mistimed interference by No Pain cost him the match. The Machine showed sings of emotion for the first time in his career by telling No Pain, that the time had come. July 24th, 1993, two days after Woodrum turned 20 years old, he wrestled No Pain in a Cage Of Death match at the fourth ever WWC PPV event, “Anger and Desire”. The Cage of Death is a barbed wire cage, with glass glued to the turnbuckles. Woodrum, The Machine, pinned No Pain after 40+ minutes to win the WWC World title. He held it for nearly one year before losing it.
Woodrum would win and lose the WWC title several times, a total of 29 reigns. His other notable feuds include, his own brother, Little Jordan, his best friend Cliff Brown and the monster Jason Voorhees. Woodrum’s contract with the WWC ended in 2002. Though he signed a pay per appearance deal. He would wrestle for the WWC up until just two months ago when he finally decided to close that chapter of his life.
In 2004 he joined HWE and SSW and held both world titles at the same time. He also formed his own pornographic empire, “seX-Treme Entertainment”. He signed porno stars, Bobbie Lee, Jackie Greggs and Sara Sexston. A huge cross promotion with the HWE resulted in his group of starlets all becoming wrestlers. In late 2004 a huge interpromotional war began between the HWE and SSW. Woodrum picked no sides. He simply fought everyone with the help of partners Cliff Brown, Jake Austin and Mr. Blankenship. In 2005 he joined the NWW and wrestled any and all comers. His most notable feud was with Harpischord. Woodrum lost but most fans hated NWW for it. Woodrum began to shoot on his employers and even left to form SCE. However, SCE failed when Woodrum took an unannounced five-month absence from pro wrestling.
In 2006 he joined BDW and wrestled there for three months before joining the PSW. That too didn’t work it, and than joined back up with a resurrected NWW. There Woodrum, and his porno starlets, wreaked havoc, which resulted in Woodrum winning the X-Treme title. He than embarked on an epic feud with Rick Ice which culminated the first ever NWW PPV, “War Torn”. Woodrum lost the match, which was a 4-Way cage match, and began to wrestle less and less as his porn empire took off.
In 2007 he focused back onto wrestling, joining a short lived federation called AEW, where he became the first and only World champion. The fed closed down after just 4 months and Woodrum has been wrestling on Indy’s. Now he comes here, ready to bring his “seX-Treme” style to a larger audience.

We open on the site of Josh Woodrum. He is dressed in a million dollar suit, and wearing the AWA International title around his waist. He flashes a movie star smile.
JOSH: Well, well, well. So it seems that the AWA finds Jason Perry deserving of a rematch. It seems that they feel that he is a deserving challenger. It seems that he went and had a rematch clause in his contract and the management team went ahead and gave it to him for this Sunday's "Breakout". It seems that I have my work cut out for me.
It seems.... okay fuck that word. The world that I live in was once tearing apart at the seams. But all it took to restore it, was a victory over Jason Perry. I went out there, in front the entire world, and wrestled my heart out. I proved to the Devastator that I am the better man. Since then he has went on the record saying that I got lucky.
Lucky? No my friend. I did not get lucky. I went out there and gave it my all, and at the end of the day, you were beaten. You can blame it on whatever you want. Blame Yoshida, blame a hang nail, blame what ever the fuck you want. The fact is that last week, I was the better man.
And you, you can't accept that fact. In your head you totally believed that you were my superior. Yet, when the smoke cleared, I was the one with my hand raised. Now you have cracks in your armor. Now, in that psyche of yours, tears and lesions begin to form.
With all your confidence, all your bravado, you failed. You failed to crush me like the vermin you believe me to be. Now Jason, I know how you feel. You are desperate to prove to me, to prove your Carnage buddies, to prove to yourself and that wifey of yours, that you are "The Man". It's admirable my buddy.
However, my admiration of your new quest, and my admiration of your in ring skill, will not stop me from unleashing a whole mega ton of hurt. I have not forgotten the insults. I have not forgotten the trash talk. And I know that in the forefront of your brain, sitting right there with your need, your desire to win, all the innuendos and advances to Alicia, are there.
You probably hear those words every time you close your eyes. Every time you see my picture, or pass me backstage, the insults, the sexual speak, it flares up like a chronic condition. I like that. I want you to come into the ring seeking revenge, seeking redemption.
Ya see, like I said, it's admirable. It's a great story for your fans, and the media. However, there will be no happy ending. When we are locked together by the bull rope, like two bulls, you will find out that the cracks, the lesions, the cancer that I have implanted, are to destructive.
Devastator, you were once "the Man", sitting on your throne. Yet I pulled a coup' and removed you from power. I sit in the throne, and I will raise my throne above the stars, past the heavens, and sit as a god.
Woodrum removes the International title and holds it high. He laughs a little, and hands it off camera to Cliff Brown.
JOSH: Jason Perry, Devastator, I hope you liked that display. That was it. As close as you'll get to the International title. It will always be beyond your reach. This Sunday, I will block out Yuji Yoshida, I will block out that bastard seed of my big ole loins, Robbie McCleland, and I will prove, once again, that you Jason Perry, can't measure up to me.
This Sunday, I will show you, show the whole goddamned world, that when the chips fall, the smoke clears, and the cliche's are spoken, that I, the Prince of Perversion, the Epitome of Excellence, the Sultan of Sin, the best of the best, above all the rest, pass any test, sex drive so so scary, make juice run down the legs of Alicia Perry, porn star pleasing, Devastator beating, fire breathing dragon, am above all others.
